Ana De Archuleta is a strategic and dynamic arts entrepreneur, quickly establishing herself as one of the most sought-after leaders in the operatic field. Founder of A.D.A. Artist Management, her focus has been to identify exciting new talent, nurturing the careers of the finest performers who excel in a variety of genres and repertoire, from emerging to internationally renowned artists.
Ana’s vast background in the arts has played a major role in her success as an arts and culture leader. Throughout her life she has been involved in many facets of the performing arts as an instrumentalist, dancer, operatic stage manager, assistant director, opera chorister, and an operatic soloist. She is an active business member of Opera America, lending her expertise to many committees and panels. A board member of the new Olga Iglesias Project, helping and promoting the native lyric artists of Puerto Rico, also she is on the Advisory Board of Seagle Festival, and she co-chaired Women’s Opera Network Steering Committee, and was a panelist for the National Endowment of the Arts 2017 Arts Works Opera Grants.
A sought-after mentor to Resident Artists of many performing arts organizations, Ana frequently offers her insights into the business aspect of the opera world via master classes and one on one consultations. She has presented her seminar on the “Business of Opera” at Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, Yale Opera, Washington National Opera, Minnesota Opera, and Wolf Trap Opera among others. Additionally, she has been invited to judge multiple vocal competitions including the Metropolitan Opera National Council, Fort Worth Opera’s McCammon Voice Competition, Shreveport Opera’s Mary Jacobs Smith Singer of the Year Competition, and Florida Grand Opera’s Young Patronesses of the Opera Vocal Competition.

Shawn Marie Jeffery has been an integral part of the ADA team since 2005, bringing with her a wide array of performance, directorial, and administrative experience. Her work with ADA has taken her to companies throughout the US. Deeply dedicated to providing the next generation of artists with the tools to succeed, she often speaks with young artists sharing her insight on business and artistic trends within the industry in lecture and masterclass settings, having presented at the Atlanta Opera, Chautauqua Opera, Lyric Opera of Kansas City, Charlottesville Opera, Pensacola Opera, Opera Company of Middlebury, New England Conservatory, Hartt School of Music, Seagle Music Colony, Spotlight on Opera, and others. She has served as as a judge for the Opera Birmingham Vocal Competition, Opera Connecticut’s American Opera Idol, and the AMICI Vocal Competition, and as a panelist for feedback auditions at the Classical Singer Convention.
Shawn recently added the title of Executive Producer to her skillset, bringing several regional opera companies together to produce the World Premieres of The Trial of Susan B. Anthony, and most recently Unknown, a work which she also conceived, to commemorate the 100th Anniversary of the Tomb of the Unknown Solider. She made her directorial debut staging Christopher Theofanidis' Virtue for the New Haven Symphony Orchestra, and for Spotlight on Opera has directed Così fan tutte, as well as scenes programs, and the innovative Don Giovanni in Quarantine - a digital adaptation of Mozart’s opera done remotely during the early stages of the COVID pandemic. Previously, she held the position of Director of Education for Opera New Jersey, for whom she created and directed abridged versions of The Magic Flute, Hansel and Gretel, La Cenerentola, and The Pirates of Penzance, which toured schools in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York.
During her career as a mezzo-soprano, Shawn performed throughout the United States. A recipient of the Heinz Rehfuss Singing Actor’s Award, she was well regarded for her keen dramatic abilities, and now shares her dramatic tools and insights into character development in private consultations and coachings through her studio “Stage and Self.”

Katrina Thurman, Director of Marketing & Community Engagement, holds concurrent roles as an operatic soprano and General & Artistic Director at East Passyunk Opera Project (ePOP). In 2021, she was nominated to run for Woman of the Year with the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society where she raised over $90,000 in 10 weeks' time and was awarded the Mission Integration Award in addition to being named runner-up to the Woman of the Year. On the stage, Katrina has been praised for her “remarkably vibrant and flexible voice” (Gramophone) and her “wonderfully clear sound and natural warmth of character” (Opera News). She is a versatile artist who has built a solid reputation performing traditional operatic repertoire while also specializing in contemporary opera and American musical theatre. Her repertoire encompasses over 45 roles in six languages and has taken her to theaters including the Metropolitan Opera, Opéra de Lyon and Festival Lyrique de Belle-Ile en Mer (France), Oper Bonn (Germany), Opera Philadelphia, The Dallas Opera, The Glimmerglass Festival, Florentine Opera, Lyric Opera of Kansas City, New York City Opera, Florida Grand Opera, Opera Omaha, Utah Opera, Tulsa Opera, American Opera Projects, Syracuse Opera, Sacramento Opera, Shippensburg Music Festival, Anchorage Opera, Piedmont Opera, Shreveport Opera, Indianapolis Opera, Center for Contemporary Opera, and the Aspen Music Festival.
Notable roles for Ms. Thurman include Donna Anna in Don Giovanni, Musetta in La bohème, Adina in L'elisir d'amore, Hanna Glawari in The Merry Widow, Violetta in La traviata, Gilda in Rigoletto, Gabrielle in La vie parisienne, Marzelline in Fidelio, Aljeja in Janacek's From the House of the Dead, Najade in Ariadne auf Naxos, and Diana in Orpheus in the Underworld. Equally at ease in operetta and musical theatre, she has performed Maria in The Sound of Music, Rosabella in The Most Happy Fella, Yum-Yum in The Mikado, Bianca/Lois Lane in Kiss Me, Kate, and in Pops concerts with the New Jersey Symphony Orchestra, Indianapolis Opera, and the Cincinnati Symphony. Well-versed in contemporary works, Ms. Thurman has been seen as Mrs. Naidoo in Philip Glass's Satyagraha, Lightfoot McClendon in Carlisle Floyd's Cold Sassy Tree, and has performed in multiple world premieres: as Liz in Conrad Cummings' The Golden Gate, Isabella Beecher in Victoria Bond's Mrs. President, and Martha in Romulus and Blanche Ingram in Jane Eyre, both by Louis Karchin.

Lisa Bremer is currently residing in New Jersey, pursuing her Master of Music degree in Vocal Performance at the John J. Cali School of Music at Montclair State University. While she is pursuing her dream of becoming an Opera Singer, Lisa works as the Graduate Assistant for Dr. Heather Buchanan and has past work experience being a staff accountant at Van Duyne, Bruno & Co. Lisa joined the ADA team to help further understand the industry side of the Classical world. Lisa’s love for the Opera Industry stems from knowing the passion that goes into being a performer. While she is learning how to be a singer herself, she is looking forward to helping other singers achieve their goals along the way.

Adrienne Boris is a New York City-based opera professional with over a decade of experience in opera as a stage director, performance coach, producer, and administrator. She also has a strong background in theater and acting training and received her MFA in Theatre Directing from Boston University, where she subsequently served as Lecturer in Acting. A fierce advocate for opera artists throughout her career, she is passionate about working to advance the careers of the ADA roster artists.
Adrienne is the former Artistic Administrator of Opera Boston, where she also served as Artistic Director of Opera Boston Underground. She is currently Chief Strategy Officer at Helios Opera, founded during the pandemic, whose digital initiative Modular Opera Project has since received national press. She is also the Executive Producer & Stage Director of Lowell House Opera, the hybrid student/professional company in residence at Harvard University, where she commissioned and is producing and directing the world premiere of NIGHTTOWN: An Operatic Reimaging of James Joyce’s Ulysses by composer/librettist Benjamin Perry Wenzelberg. Other directing highlights include Adamo’s Little Women with Opera North (NH), La bohème with Long Island Lyric Opera, La scuola degli amanti, ossia: Così fan tutte (a feminist re-imagining) with Lowell House Opera and the world premiere of DIVAS: A New Play with Opera Music with OperaHub, which The Boston Globe called, “touching, funny and fascinating.”
COLIN MICHAEL BRUSH

Colin Michael Brush joined ADA Artists having recently completed a year with the Robert Bosch Foundation Fellowship Program in Berlin, Germany. As a fellow, he worked with Kulturnetzwerk Neukölln as they transformed an abandoned gardening school into a community art center.
Previously, he was the Artistic Administrator at the Washington National Opera and the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, collaborating on artistic planning, casting and social impact programming. During his WNO tenure, he worked on the company's first complete Ring cycles; the revised world premiere of Philip Glass's Appomattox and several new productions. He produced Francesca Zambello's sold out production of West Side Story for the National Symphony Orchestra. He was WNO's central programmer for the opening festival of the John F. Kennedy Center's REACH expansion and sat on the selection committee for the Kennedy Center's first Culture Caucus.
Brush has produced programs for and served on panels at the Smithsonian Institution, National Museum of Women in the Arts, National Gallery of Art, Georgetown University, Italian Embassy and many others. He has presented over 100 lectures at the Kennedy Center. He holds a Master of Music in Opera from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Carnegie Mellon University.
